Our Services
Comprehensive laser support from placement through to end-of-life — because reliable equipment starts with reliable service.
With over two decades of field service experience across holmium, CO2, Nd:YAG, Er:YAG, and other surgical laser platforms, we have the depth of knowledge to keep your systems running. Our primary focus is urology, but our capabilities extend across multiple laser modalities.

Scheduled / Preventive Maintenance
A preventive maintenance (PM) visit is a comprehensive, manufacturer-guided inspection designed to verify that your laser system is performing safely and within specification. Rather than waiting for something to fail mid-case, scheduled maintenance catches issues early — keeping your patients safe, your surgeons confident, and your equipment reliable.
Each PM follows a structured service workflow covering 30 or more checkpoints depending on the system, including optical pathway inspection and cleaning, output power calibration and verification, fibre delivery system checks, cooling system inspection, electrical and safety interlock testing, and software and firmware verification.
PM schedules are based on manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements — typically semi-annual for high-volume theatres and annual for lower-usage facilities. We track your service intervals and coordinate visits around your theatre schedules so there’s no disruption to your surgical list.
Facilities on a service agreement receive priority response times and preferred rates, with flexible one-year and two-year options available.
Repair Services
A repair service call is a targeted, fault-driven response when your laser system is underperforming or out of action. Our engineers troubleshoot the issue remotely first to identify the probable cause, so when they arrive on-site they’re equipped with the right parts and a clear plan to resolve it quickly.
Repairs can range from replacing failed components and realigning optical pathways to diagnosing electrical faults, restoring cooling systems, and recalibrating output power. Every repair is verified against manufacturer specifications before the system is returned to service.
Through our distribution partnerships we maintain direct access to OEM components and common replacement parts — meaning shorter lead times and fewer cancelled cases. We schedule emergency visits as quickly as possible and coordinate with your theatre team to minimise disruption. Facilities on a service agreement receive priority response and preferred rates.

Equipment Placement & Installation
An equipment placement covers everything required to get a new laser system operational in your theatre — from initial planning through to your first case. It begins with a site assessment to confirm power, cooling, ventilation, and space requirements, followed by physical installation and full system commissioning.
Once installed, we verify the system is performing to manufacturer specifications and meeting TGA compliance standards. We also provide hands-on operator training so your theatre team is confident with the system before it’s used on patients.
Whether you’re adopting our zero-capital consumables model or purchasing a system outright, the process is the same — your equipment is properly commissioned, your staff is trained, and your facility is ready from day one. Ongoing support is available through our service agreements.
