Optical Integrity ScopeSafe™ laser fibres are available in a full range of single-use sizes to suit every urological procedure — from flexible ureteroscopy and stone dusting through to high-power lithotripsy and HoLEP. All fibres feature CoreFlow™ optical filter technology, which protects the endoscope and laser system from thermal damage, and a patented recessed tip that maintains a fixed fibre-to-tissue distance to reduce tip burnback.

All sizes use a standard SMA-905 connector, compatible with all major holmium laser platforms.

The ScopeGuardian Sheath enables laser fiber insertion through a deflected endoscope

The traditional approach is to straighten the scope before passing a laser fiber however this can be difficult to achieve. In these cases the ScopeGuardian Sheath enables safe passage of the laser fiber through a deflected endoscope.
