Jena Surgical is the surgical brand of Asclepion Laser Technologies, based in Jena, Germany. We carry the MultiPulse HoPLUS (3rd generation)
— a high-power holmium laser system with integrated morcellator for lithotripsy and prostate enucleation (HoLEP), and the MultiCut Solo standalone morcellation system. A next-generation thulium fibre laser system, the MultiPulse TFL, will be added to our range once regulatory approval is finalised.

Deflecting negative pressure access sheath designed for fragment extraction during retrograde intrarenal stone surgery (RIRS). Optical Integrity ScopeSafe™ laser fibres are available in a full range of single-use sizes to suit every urological procedure — from flexible ureteroscopy and stone dusting through to high-power lithotripsy and HoLEP. All fibres feature CoreFlow™ optical filter technology, which protects the endoscope and laser system from thermal damage, and a patented recessed tip that maintains a fixed fibre-to-tissue distance to reduce tip burnback.

All sizes use a standard SMA-905 connector, compatible with all major holmium laser platforms.

The traditional approach is to straighten the scope before passing a laser fiber however this can be difficult to achieve. In these cases the ScopeGuardian Sheath enables safe passage of the laser fiber through a deflected endoscope.

ScopeGuardian Sheath protects the full length of the endoscope’s working channel from abrasions and scrapes that lead to punctures – a known cause of scope damage.
